摘　　要：目的通过实施护理信息管理,分析其对于护理质量持续改进的作用,探讨护理信息学在护理质量管理中的实践情况。方法选取2017年至2019年上海某三甲医院实施护理信息管理的外科护理单元,收集实施护理信息管理前后护理单元护理质量数据,客观分析比较护理信息管理实施对于护理单元护理质量考核指标及成绩、护理质量检查效率、护理不良事件上报例数及患者住院满意率的影响。结果护理单元的质量虽未显著提高(P>0.05),但护理质控条目频次数显著增加,护理不良事件上报例数上升,护理质量管理效率提高,患者满意率水平提高(P<0.05)。结论护理信息学使护理管理更加科学化,提高护理管理者管理水平和工作效率,实现护理管理由传统经验型的管理模式向科学化、数字化、现代化管理模式转变,护理质量管理从“制度管理”阶段进入到“数据管理”阶段。同时护理信息化建设也有待进一步优化改善,充分发挥信息化平台辅助护理管理角色的重要作用。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nursing information system in nursing quality management.Methods From 2017 to 2019,we selected two surgical units in our hospital in Shanghai to implement nursing information management.We collected the nursing quality data,the efficiency of nursing quality inspection,the number of nursing adverse events and the inpatient satisfaction rate.Results Although the quality score of nursing unit was not significantly improved(P>0.05),the frequency of nursing quality control items increased significantly,the number of nursing adverse events reported increased,the efficiency of nursing quality management improved,and the level of patient satisfaction increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing information system makes nursing management more scientific,digital and modernized.It improves management and efficiency.It needs to be further improved and plays an important role in nursing management.
