摘　　要：目的评价某省36所医院优质护理服务开展情况,分析临床护理中存在的主要问题,推进优质护理服务持续、深入开展。方法按等级医院评审条款制定《某省二级、三级医院优质护理服务评价细则(2018版)》,统一培训评价专家,对全省13市36所医院实施优质护理服务情况进行深入调查。结果优质护理服务在该省二级及以上医疗机构中已全面开展(100%),并且成效明显,但仍然存在护士数量、后勤保障、科学设岗、专业内涵、团队合作、责任制整体护理等方面的问题,阻碍优质护理服务可持续发展。结论管理者必须从根因入手,消除阻碍优护开展的关键问题,使护理工作真正做到贴近临床、贴近患者、贴近社会。Objective To evaluate the development of excellence in nursing service in 36 hospitals in a province,analyze the main problems in clinical nursing,and promote the continuous and in-depth development of excellence in nursing services.Methods According to the evaluation terms of grade hospitals,the evaluation rules for excellence in nursing services of grade 2 and grade 3 hospitals in a province(version 2018)were formulated,and trained inspecting experts to inspect 36 hospitals in 13 cities of the province.Results The excellence in nursing service has been fully carried out in the second-level and above medical institutions in the province(100%),and has achieved a remarkable success.But there were still problems in the number of nurses,logistics support,scientific post setting,professional connotation team cooperation,overall nursing responsibility system and other aspects,which hinder the sustainable development of excellence in nursing service.Conclusion Managers must start from the root cause,eliminate the key problems that hinder the development of optimal nursing,and make the nursing work really close to the clinical practice,the patients and the society.
