摘 要:近几十年来,具有良好光学、电学和化学性质的纳米材料得到了广泛的研究。这种介于宏观与微观之间的物质展现了众多突出的性质,包括量子尺寸效应、表面效应、宏观量子隧道效应及小尺寸效应等,随之呈现出良好的电、光、磁和化学催化性质,以及比表面积大、导电能力强与生物兼容性好等特性。在电致化学发光(ECL)传感领域,将纳米材料与ECL的巧妙结合,提出了包括量子点、碳点、金属纳米簇等多种新型电致化学发光纳米材料,为ECL分析方法在生物医药、临床检测和环境评估的应用开辟了新的方向。In the last decade,nanomaterials have been extensively studied due to good optical,electrical and chemical properties.These nanomaterials are of significant interest because they provide the missing link between macro and micro materials behavior,showing many outstanding properties,including quantum size effect,surface effect,macroscopic quantum tunneling effect and small size effect,which leads to good electrical,optical,magnetic and chemical catalysis,as well as large specific surface area,strong electrical conductivity and good biocompatibility.In the field of electrochemiluminescence(ECL)sensing,the combination of nanomaterials and ECL has proposed a variety of new electrochemiluminescent nanomaterials including quantum dots,carbon dots,and metal nanoclusters.It provided a new thought for the application of medicine,clinical testing and environmental assessment.
