摘  要:灵敏度和可靠性是分析仪器或装置的两个关键参数。该文报道了一种基于智能手机的便携式比色装置,其吸收光程达20 cm以提高灵敏度,且圆底比色管的聚焦能力有助于简化便携式器件的设计。以无液空比色管的光强为内参照,可校正光源强度衰减引起的基线漂移。该装置所测定的吸光度在0~1范围内遵从郎伯-比尔定律。作为实用案例,将该装置用于现场测定河流样品中可溶性铁的浓度水平,以邻菲罗啉为显色剂,其检出限为0.02μmol/L。Sensitivity and reliability are two key parameters of an analytical instrument or device.Herein,we reported a smartphone-based portable colorimetric device with an absorption path of 20 cm to enhance the sensitivity.The self-focusing ability in the round-bottom colorimetric tube is helpful to simplify the design of the portable device.By using the light intensity in empty colorimetric tube as the internal reference,the baseline drift due to light source intensity decay was corrected effectively.The absorbance measured in the proposed device obeys Lambert-Beer law in the range of 0~1.As an example of the practicability,the proposed device was applied to determine the total soluble iron in river samples on site.By using 1,10-phenanthroline as the chromogenic reagent,the limit of detection was 0.02 mol/L.
