2009—2018 年我院《学报》核心作者统计分析  

Statistical analysis of core authors in Journal of AFEWA from 2009 to 2018

摘　　要：为深入了解我院《学报》作者队伍情况、建立稳定的高素质作者队伍,以中国知网为统计源,统计了2009—2018年《学报》1686位作者刊文量、被引量和下载量;利用普赖斯定理和综合指数法,对遴选出的我院《学报》核心作者和扩展核心作者进行分析.分析结果表明,根据《学报》167名核心作者候选人,确定了55名核心作者和29名扩展核心作者;84名核心作者/扩展核心作者的人均刊文量、被引量和下载量分别为10.85篇、125.31和4096.98;84名核心作者/扩展核心作者中,13位编委人均刊文量、被引量和下载量分别为11.77篇、142.46和4930.62,平均综合指数为1.79;39篇高被引论文中,《学报》特色栏目论文占79.49%,具有高学历及高级职称的第一作者占89.74%.最后,就提高《学报》作者的综合指数提出了相应的建议.In order to deeply understand the situation of the authors of Journal of Air Force Early Warning Academy(JAFEWA)and establish a stable high-quality author team,this paper takes China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the statistical source to count the number of publications,citations and downloads of 1686 authors of JAFEWA from 2009 to 2018,and then uses the Price theorem and comprehensive index method to analyze the selected core authors and the extended core authors of JAFEWA.The analysis results show that 55 core authors and 29 extended core authors are identified from 167 core author candidates of JAFEWA;84 core authors/extended core authors’per capita number of publications,citations and downloads are 10.85,125.31 and 4096.98,respectively;among the 84 core authors/extended core authors,13 editorial board members’average number of articles published,cited and downloaded is 11.77,142.46 and 4930.62,respectively,with an average composite index of 1.79;among the 39 highly cited papers,79.49%are featured articles in the journal,and 89.74%of the first authors are with advanced academic degrees and senior titles.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improving the JAFEWA authors’comprehensive index.
