摘　　要：环保管家作为新形势下一种新的环保综合服务模式,在城市、园区、企业污染防治方面有着广阔的发展前景,国家正大力发展环保管家咨询服务,企业面临较大的环保服务压力,然而我国环保管家的发展尚处于探索阶段,各项服务模式均需通过持续尝试,建立管控长效机制。现以工业园区环保管家应用模式为例,分析环保管家在工业园区的发展历程,结合污染防治短期、中期、长期的攻坚治理思路,探究不同层次下的服务模式,并归纳梳理了实现环保管家健康高效发展的保障措施。As a new comprehensive environmental protection service mode under the new situation,environmental stewardship has a broad development prospect in the prevention and control of pollution in cities,parks and enterprises.The country is vigorously developing environmental stewardship consulting service,and enterprises are facing greater environmental protection service pressure.However,the development of environmental stewardship in China is still in the exploratory stage,and all service modes need to continue to try services and establish a long-term management control mechanism.Taking the application mode of environmental stewardship in industrial park as an example,this paper analyzes the development process of environmental stewardship in industrial park.Combined with the short-term,medium-term and long-term solutions for pollution prevention and control,the service mode at different levels is explored,and the guarantee measures to realize the healthy and efficient development of environmental stewardship are combed out.
