摘  要:文章介绍了SiFive公司所推出基于开放指令集的RISC-V微控制器FE310-G003芯片,以及基于这款芯片所开发的SiFive Learn Inventor开发板。此外,本文也介绍了功能强大的FreeRTOS实时操作系统在嵌入式设备中的移植。然后,我们说明在运行FreeRTOS的SiFive Inventor开发板上设计的红外耳温测量系统,重点介绍了软件设计的关键流程。本课题将嵌入式操作系统移植到红外耳温测量系统中,实现了红外耳温测量系统的测量、显示和向蜂鸣器发送报警信息等功能。This paper introduces the RISC-V open instruction set based microcontroller FE310-G003 chip designed by SiFive,Inc.,and the SiFive Learn Inventor development board powered by this chip.In addition,it also provided an overview of the porting issues of the powerful FreeRTOS operating system in the embedded devices.We then put everything together to illustrate an infrared ear temperature measurement system designed on top of the SiFive Inventor development board running FreeRTOS,highlighting key aspects of software design.This project realized the porting of the embedded operating system to the infrared ear temperature measurement system that can support functionalities including measurement,display,and sending alarm information to a buzzer.
