摘　　要：1947年浙江省黄岩县进行新一届乡镇民代表的选举,为争夺对乡镇政权的控制,以国民党、三青团为区分的地方势力进行了激烈的武装冲突。双方进行的武装械斗严重破坏了地方秩序,给当地人民带来生命危险,面对党团械斗的乱局,弱势的黄岩县政府手足无措,对盘根错节的地方黑恶势力无可奈何,这使得黄岩县各乡镇选举朝着失序的状态越走越远。In 1947, Huangyan County of Zhejiang Province held a new vote of township People’s representatives. In order to fight for the control of the township government, the local forces, which are distinguished by the Kuomintang and the Three Youth League, have had a fierce armed conflict. The armed fighting between the two sides has seriously damaged the local order and brought life danger to the local people. In the face of the chaos, the vulnerable Huangyan County government is at a loss,and has no choice but to deal with the intricate local evil forces, which makes the villages and towns of Huangyan county go further towards the state of disorder.
