摘　　要：人工智能的快速发展让人的个体强化的发展水平已经进入一个全新的纪元。在未来20年,人机联合的"超人"可能已经普及。对于如何教育未来的"强化人类",如何让中国在新的世界教育形势下占据先机等问题都很值得去认真探讨。哲学的核心是哲学精神,教条的教育模式教给人一个肯定的答案:"它就是这个",而哲学精神则是教人去自主思考一系列的问题:"为什么它是这个?""它怎样成为了这个?""如何能够让它不是这个?"教条的教育模式教育人顺从,而哲学精神在教育人自由、质疑、批判与创新。怎样将哲学精神运用到教育中去将是未来教育研究与实践的重要课题。The rapid development of artificial intelligence promotes the development level of individual reinforcement to a new era.And in the next 20 years,the"Superman"of man-machine combination will begin to be popularized.Then issues,such as how to educate the future"intensified mankind"and how to help China occupy the leadership in the new education world,are well worth discussing seriously.The core of philosophy is the philosophical spirit;the dogmatic mode of education teaches people the affirmative answer":It is this".,but the philosophical spirit teaches people to independently think a series of questions such as"why is it this"?,"How does it become this"?,and"How can you make it not be this"?.The dogmatic mode of education teaches people to comply,while philosophical spirit teaches people freedom,questioning,criticism and innovation.How to apply philosophical spirit to education will be an important issue for research and practice in future education.
