摘 要:中国出版业高质量"走出去"是推动我国经济转型、提高国际影响力的重要手段,是我国高质量发展的重要内容。然而,当前我国出版业"走出去"还存在出版贸易逆差、出版物国际影响力不够、国际版权贸易经验不足、出版单位自主性不够、编辑职能过于单一等问题。为此,中国出版业应该立足国情,推动数字媒体产业的国际化,以"一带一路"沿线国家为突破并逐步推广,提高企业积极性,促进编辑职能转型,推动中国出版高质量"走出去"。The"Going abroad"of China's high-quality publishing industry is an important means to promote China's economic transformation and to enhance international influence,and an important part of China's high-quality development.However,there are still some problems such as publishing trade deficit,insufficiency of publications'international influence,lack of experience in international copyright trade,autonomy shortage of publishing units,and singleness of editing function.Therefore,based on the national conditions Chinese publishing industry should promote the internationalization of digital media industry,gradually popularize it within the countries along"The Belt and Road"as a breakthrough,improve the enthusiasm of enterprises,and promote the transformation of editorial function,thus finally promoting the high-quality Chinese publishing industry to go abroad.
