摘　　要：对白鹤滩电站1000MW的混流式水轮发电机组蜗壳的吊运、挂装、定位调整、焊接等施工工艺。以及需要掌握的蜗壳安装各施工环节安装质量控制要点和内容进行了介绍,并对相关问题进行了分析研究,为今后百万级水轮发电机组的安装提供参考和借鉴。This paper introduced manufacturing technology such as swinging, hanging, positioning adjustments and welding of spiral case of 1 000 MW Francis hydro-generating unit in Baihetan Power Hydropower Plant. We should learn the key controlling points and the content of installation technology of spiral case. We also analyzed some main problems which can provide the reference for installation of mega hydraulic turbines.
