摘 要:建筑行业内应用的传统主流细碎对辊机具备两种加压方式:弹簧加压及液压加压。两种加压方式在结构方式,制造成本,使用场合等方面有缺陷。为了解决建筑行业传统主流细碎对辊机的局限性,本文论述了一种新型细碎对辊机,调隙结构采用新颖的弹簧加压摆臂调隙的方式,具备性价比较高,间隙控制准确方便,预压力大,应用适应性好等优点。且辊子易于拆卸,无需在线车削装置。该细碎对辊机已经获得发明专利,在行业内具备较高的推广生产的价值。The traditional mainstream fine crushing roller machine used in the construction industry has two types of pressure:spring pressure and hydraulic pressure.The two types of pressurization methods have disadvantages in terms of structure,manufacturing cost,and application occasions.In order to solve the limitations of the traditional mainstream crushing roller machine in the construction industry,this paper discusses a new type of fine crushing roller machine.The gap adjustment structure adopts a novel spring-pressed swing arm to adjust the gap,which has a high cost performance and accurate and convenient gap control.Large preload,good application adaptability and other advantages.The rollers are easy to disassemble without the need for an on-line turning device.The fine crushing roller machine has obtained an invention patent and has a high value in promoting production in the industry.
