摘 要:针对产线较长的清洗拉矫机组,提出了基于张力测量及动态调整的拉矫机张力控制方法。设置测张仪在线实时测量拉矫段入口张力,基于实测张力作PI调节以控制清洗段传动设备出力。该方法能够显著减少清洗段传动设备对拉矫段入口张力稳定性的影响,使拉矫机张力波动从±0.4%降低到±0.25%,从而显著提高了带材拉矫质量。此外,相对于传统控制方法,该方法在可控性方面也有了本质的改变。A tension control method for tension leveler based on tension measurement and dynamic adjustment is proposed for the cleaning and leveler unit with long production line.A tension gauge is set up for on-line and real-time measurement of leveler entrance tension.The force of cleaning section driven equipment is controlled by PI adjustment based on the measured tension.The influence of the cleaning section driven equipment on the stability of leveler entrance tension is significantly reduced by the method.The leveler tension fluctuation has been decreased from±0.4%to±0.25%.Thus,the quality of the strip after leveler has been significantly improved.In addition,compared with the traditional control method,the method also has an essential change in controlability.
