摘　　要：传统碎边剪刀盘组件存在刀片损耗大、重复磨削复杂和更换困难的问题。为此,设计了一种新型碎边剪刀盘组件,对其结构和装配方式进行研究。刀片与刀盘倾斜25°布置;上下刀轴平行布置,刀盘通过花键副固定在刀轴的同侧端部;刀轴的端部分别与刀盘内部通过锁紧螺母连接固定;刀盘的外表面周向均匀装有四把刀片,刀片通过螺栓和压块固定在刀盘上。该刀盘组件在武钢硅钢厂成功应用,实现了剪切稳定,结构简单,便于维护的目标。The traditional cutter head unit of scrap shear had the problems of large blade loss,complicated repeated grinding and difficult replacement.This paper designed a new type of cutter head component for scrap shear,its structure and assembly method were studied.the blade was 25°inclined fix on the cutter head,the upper and lower cutter shafts were installed in parallel,and the cutter head was fixed to the same side end of the cutter shaft by a spline pair;four blades were evenly installed on the outer surface of the cutter head,and the blades were fixed on the cutter head by bolts and pressing blocks.The cutter head component was successfully applied in Wuhan Steel Silicon Steel Plant,achieving the goals of stable shear,simple structure and easy maintenance.
