摘  要:分析了某钢厂1450卷取机卷筒在使用中存在的钢卷抽芯、卷筒胀缩时卡阻频繁、卷筒外支撑轴承烧损、卷筒扇形板严重龟裂等问题。通过在检测磁尺与胀缩油缸连接处增加柔性连接并进行防松处理,改善钢卷抽芯;将油路块端面与芯轴端面由原来的轴连接改为圆周凹凸键槽连接,降低卷筒胀缩卡阻频率;同时改变轴承瓦座材质并采用耐热不锈钢螺栓,减少液压冲击和提高密封性能,增强轴承瓦座耐磨性,缓解了支撑轴承烧损;优化扇形板冷却工艺,使其温度分布均匀,解决卷筒扇形板严重龟裂问题。卷取机卷筒优化后大大提高了钢卷质量和成品率,并减少了设备故障时间。This paper analyzes problems existed in 1450 coiler reel such as steel coil core pulling,frequent jamming during reel expanding and contracting,outboard support bearing burning of coiler reel,and severe cracking of the segment,etc..Through adding flexible connection and disposal on looseness,at the joint between the magnetic ruler and the reel expanding cylinder,core pulling of steel coil is better.The shaft joining between the end face of oil way block and that of mandrel is changed to concave-convex keyway joint,it reduces jamming frequency of reel expanding and contracting.And through changing material of bearing pedestal and using heat-resisting stainless steel bolt,the system could reduce hydraulic impact,improve sealing performance,increase wear resistance of bearing pedestal,and relieve trouble of bearing burning.The cooling technology is optimized to uniform distribution of segment temperature,and solve severe cracking of the segment.After optimizing coiler reel,the coil quality and yield are greatly improved,and the equipment failure time is reduced as well.
