摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,人们的旅游方式以及对旅游服务的期望发生了巨大的变化。通过对“海芋”散客地接工作室项目在市场环境的可行性、政策利好、技术支持和投资环境四个方面进行分析,发现该项目可为当前我国旅游服务市场的发展注入新鲜力量,具有一定的可行性,并就此提出了一系列策略建议。该项目对于丰富海外旅游服务市场,提高中小型新型旅行社的市场竞争力具有促进作用。With the development of Internet,people's tourism mode and expectation of tourism service have changed greatly.Based on the analysis of the market environment,favorable policies,technical support and investment environment of the overseas grounding studio project for the fully independent travelers,it is found that the project,which is feasible to a certain extent,can inject fresh power into the development of China's tourism service market at present.A series of strategic suggestions are put forward.The project can enrich the overseas tourism service market and improve the market competitiveness of small and medium-sized new-type travel agencies.
