摘  要:With the progress of network technology and the deepening of college education informatization,college students will have more comprehensive and frequent contact with the network.According to the ARCS motivation model,the current situation of college students’motivation of promoting the information literacy was investigated,the factors affecting college students’motivation were analyzed,and the strategies of promoting college students’motivation of optimizing the information literacy based on ARCS Model were proposed.The purpose of this study is to enable college students to make full use of the network,improve their information literacy,and optimize the effect and benefit for study.
