摘 要:目的为追踪护理本科毕业生在临床的发展状况,了解毕业生的临床能力,同时收集毕业生和用人单位对护理本科教育改革的反馈信息,完善教育质量保障体系。方法采用问卷调查法,对2015届至2017届215名护理本科毕业生和18家用人单位管理者进行调查。结果用人单位最看重的前4项能力,被调查的护理毕业生相对突出的占3项,科研及创新能力相对不足。毕业生自评临床能力各一级指标的平均值分布在7. 42~8. 28,为中等及良好水平。结论护理本科毕业生质量得到毕业生本人和用人单位认可,开展多维度毕业生质量追踪调查有助于指导教育教学改革。Objective This paper aims at conducting a questionnaire on college nursing graduates to collect information about their clinical developments and actual ability as well as their feedbacks and their employers’ feedbacks on teaching reform of nursing education in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Methods A questionnaire was conducted on 215 nursing undergraduates from Grade 2015 to 2017,and 72 employers from 18 hospitals. Results Among the first four abilities emphasized by employers,the nursing graduates are doing well in the first three,which accounts for 3/4 of the proportion. However,their ability for research and innovation is relatively inadequate. The average of the first-level indicators of self-assessment of graduates ’ clinical ability is distributed at 7. 42-8. 28,which is medium indicating a satisfactory result. Conclusion Both nursing graduates themselves as well as their employers are satisfied with the clinical performances,and the quality of nursing education is recognized. Also,the tracking survey is helpful in guiding the reform of nursing education and teaching.
