摘  要:为了减少成熟期枣裂果的产生,解决枣裂果喷膜防治中液体膜的喷施问题。本研究从增大气液接触面积和提高雾滴速度2个方面,改进设计了1种适用于液体膜喷施的两通道离心式气液两相雾化喷嘴,并应用Fluent软件对喷嘴在不同气体进口速度、喷嘴孔径、喷嘴终端形状条件下的喷雾效果进行了模拟仿真。结果显示,该喷嘴所采用的切向离心通道结构可以有效提高气体速度,增大气液接触面积,促使雾滴2次雾化,在细化雾滴的同时,能提高雾滴速度,利于对靶喷施。该种喷嘴雾化效果良好,适用于液体膜的喷施,对枣裂果的防治有一定参考价值。In order to reduce the cracking of jujube in mature stage, and to solve the problem of spraying liquid film in the prevention and treatment of jujube dehiscent fruit, a centrifugal gas-liquid two-phase spray nozzle is designed in this research,which has two channels and is suitable for the spraying of liquid membrane. The nozzle can increase atmospheric liquid contact area and improve the droplets speed. Fluent software was used to simulate the spray effect of the nozzle under the conditions of different gas inlet velocities, nozzle apertures and nozzle terminal shapes. The results showed that the tangential centrifugal channel structure adopted by the nozzle can improve the gas velocity, increase the contact area of atmospheric liquid effectively, and promote the twice atomization of fog droplets. In addition to refining the fog droplets, it can also improve the speed of fog droplets, which is beneficial to target spraying. This kind of nozzle has good atomization effect and is suitable for spraying liquid film, thus it has reference value for the prevention and treatment of jujube dehiscent fruit.
