摘 要:车古区块潜山油藏断层发育,地层压力系数低,井底温度高。前期使用的钻井液体系性能不完善,致使钻进过程中常常发生井漏、井喷及电测遇阻等复杂情况。通过分析车古区块复杂情况发生的原因,根据钻井液体系选配要求,优选了抗高温无固相钻井液体系。室内实验表明,该钻井液体系抗温性好,润滑性及封堵能力强。该体系在车古区块车古211井和车斜577井进行了现场应用,配合相应的现场钻井液维护处理工艺,施工过程中井壁稳定,井身质量好,井眼净化效果好;通过辅助钻井工程,提高了机械钻速,取得了优快钻井的良好效果。Because of the development of faults,low formation pressure coefficient,high temperature at the bottom of the well,and the imperfect performance of drilling fluid system used in the early exploration and development process of Chegu Block,complex situations such as lost circulation,blowout and logging resistance often occurred during the course of drilling.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the complex situation in Chegu Block,the requirements for the selection of drilling fluid system were put forward,and the high-temperature solid-free drilling fluid system was selected and optimized.Laboratory experiments showed that the solid-free drilling fluid system had good temperature resistance,strong lubricity and formation sealing ability.The system had been applied in Chegu 211 Well and Chexie 577 Well in Chegu Block.With the corresponding field drilling fluid maintenance and treatment process,the borehole was stable,the well quality was good,and the borehole cleaning was good.Through assisting drilling engineering,the ROP was improved,and the goal of excellent and fast drilling was achieved.
