普乐安片联合萘哌地尔治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析普乐安片联合萘哌地尔治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选择2014年3月-2017年3月在焦作市妇幼保健院治疗的前列腺增生患者88例,随机分为对照组(44例)和治疗组(44例)。对照组患者口服萘哌地尔片,25mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服普乐安片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗30d。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者残余尿量、尿流速、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和QOL评分。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为75.00%和93.18%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组残余尿量明显减少(P<0.05),而平均尿流速(Qave)和最大尿流速(Qmax)均明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组残余尿量和尿流速明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IPSS和QOL评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普乐安片联合萘哌地尔治疗前列腺增生患者临床效果较好,可明显改善患者排尿情况,优化前列腺功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pulean Tablets combined with napidil in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Patients(88 cases)with prostatic hyperplasia in Jiaozuo Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control(44 cases)and treatment(44 cases)groups.Patients in the control group were po administered with Naftopidil Tablets,25 mg/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pulean Tablets on the basis of the control group,4 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the residual urine volume and urine flow rate,the IPSS and QOL scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 75.00%and 93.18%respectively,and there were differences between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the residual urine volume in two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but Qave and Qmax was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the residual urine volume and urine flow rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IPSS and QOL scores in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulean Tablets combined with napidil in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia has good clinical effect,can obviously improve urination,optimize prostate function and improve the quality of life.
