摘　　要：目的探讨小儿日间手术应用快速康复外科护理模式的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院日间手术收治的拟行手术治疗的152例患儿,按入院时间分成两组,对照组(76例)采用传统护理模式,观察组(76例)在传统护理模式的基础上,实施快速康复外科护理模式,比较两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生率及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患儿术后苏醒时间、下床活动时间及离院时间均明显短于对照组,术后哭闹患儿明显少于对照组,并发症发生率(6.58%)明显低于对照组(23.68%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度为92.11%,明显高于对照组的69.74%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论小儿日间手术应用快速康复外科护理模式能有效促进患儿术后康复,减少并发症发生率,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery nursing care model in children’s day surgery.Methods A total of 152 children admitted to our hospital for day surgery from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups by admission time.The control group(n=76)was given traditional nursing care.The observation group(n=76)were given enhanced recovery nursing care on the basis of traditional nursing care.The recovery status,incidence of complications and the family’s satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups were compared.Results The time interval between surgery and wakeup,between surgery and getting out of bed and between surgery and discharge in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(p<0.05).The number of children crying in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(p<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(6.58%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.68%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(92.11%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.74%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion The enhanced recovery nursing care model can effectively promote postoperative recovery,reduce complications,and improve the quality of care in children’s day surgery.
