摘　　要：研究目标:探究中国不同经济区域能源碳排放效率的特征与差异性。研究方法:利用三阶段DEA和三阶段DEA-Malmquist指数。研究发现:产业结构、能源结构、政府规制、科技创新水平以及对外开放程度对能源碳排放效率有显著影响;因纯技术效率的低下,全国能源碳排放效率均值下降2.8%,区域效率排名发生变化;技术进步大致以5年为周期波动,且与全要素生产率变化趋势一致;八大经济区年度碳排放效率变化特征趋同;技术进步和技术效率的增长有助于能源碳排放效率改善。研究创新:基于静态和动态视角,分析八大经济区能源碳排放效率的差异,揭示其影响因素及演化规律。研究价值:为提高各区域碳排放效率及加快推进节能减排和协调发展提供决策参考。Research Objectives:To explore the characteristics and differences of energy carbon emission efficiency in different economic regions of China.Research Methods:Building three-stage DEA model and three-stage DEA-Malmquist model.Research Findings:The industrial structure,energy structure,government regulations,level of technological innovation,and the degree of opening up have a significant impact on China s energy carbon emissions efficiency.Due to the low pure technology efficiency,the average national energy carbon efficiency dropped by 2.8%,and the regional efficiency changed.Technological progress fluctuates approximately every five years and is consistent with the trend of total factor productivity.The trends of annual carbon emission efficiency change in eight economic areas are similar.Technological progresses and increases in technological efficiency contribute to the improvement of energy carbon emission efficiency.Research Innovations:Based on static and dynamic perspectives,analyze the differences in energy carbon emission efficiency of the eight economic areas,and reveal their influencing factors and evolution laws.Research Value:Provide decision-making reference for comprehensively improving the carbon emission efficiency of various regions,and accelerating the promotion of energy conservation,emission reduction and coordinated development.
