摘 要:尽管近年来创新创业教育在高校广泛推进,但在教育实践中仍面临着"结构失衡""机制失调""功能不足"等多种问题。这些问题反映出当前我国高校创新创业教育理念还有待革新、创新创业教育组织机制发展有待推进、创新创业教育支撑体系有待完善的现状。因此,构建体现内涵式发展的创新创业教育生态系统显得尤为迫切。基于当前的现状和存在的问题,我国高校应以理念转变为核心,构建创新创业教育课程与教学生态;以协同机制为牵引,构建创新创业教育组织生态;以支持体系为重点,构建创新创业教育环境生态。通过不同维度之间物质、信息、能量的相互交流和相互作用构建起创新创业教育生态系统,实现大学创新创业教育的健康、有序、可持续发展。Although innovation and entrepreneurship education(IEE)has been widely carried out in universities in recent years,it still faces multiple problems during the educational practice such as the unbalanced curricula,the in-organized teaching staff team structure,the unsystematic management,and the deficiency of innovative ability.These problems show that currently in Chinese universities the philosophy of IEE needs to be reformed,the organizational system needs to be developed and the supporting system needs to be improved.Therefore,constructing a self-assembly growing IEE ecosystem is particularly urgent.Based on current predicament and main problems,in order to construct the IEE ecosystem from the dimensions of education,organization and ecological environment,universities in China should change the old concept,take the collaboration as the power and focus on the supporting system.University IEE will turn out to be healthy,well-organized and sustainable due to the interaction and interrelation of the material,information and energy among different dimensions.
