摘　　要：目的 研究铒激光、E光联合阿达帕林凝胶对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的疗效及美容效果。研究铒激光、E光联合阿达帕林凝胶对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的疗效及美容效果。方法 纳入我院收治的痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者84例。按照随机数表法等分成联合组和单纯组。单纯组实施E光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗,联合组则于单纯组的基础上增加铒激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效及并发症,治疗前后CK表皮分析检测仪治疗指数。结果 联合组总有效率显著高于单纯组(P <0.05)。治疗后联合组粗糙度、瘢痕治疗指数均低于单纯组,而光滑度、皱纹治疗指数均高于单纯组(均P <0.05),CK表皮分析检测仪红斑、色沉治疗指数均低于单纯组(均P <0.05)。联合组并发症的总发生率为38.10%,与单纯组的26.19%相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 铒激光、E光联合阿达帕林凝胶对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的疗铒激光、E光联合阿达帕林凝胶对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的疗效和美容效果较好。Objective To study the efficacy and cosmetic effect of erbium laser and E light combined with adapalin gel in patients with acne pitting scar. Methods 84 patients with acne pitting scar admitted to our hospital were included. All subjects were divided into the combination group and the simple group according to the random number table. The simple group was treated with e-light combined with adaloparin gel, while the combined group was treated with erbium laser on the basis of the simple group. The clinical e fficacy and complication of the two groups was compared, and the treatment indexes of CK epidermal analysis detector in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than the single group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the roughness and scar treatment index of the combined group were lower than the simple group, while the smoothness and wrinkle treatment index were higher than the simple group (all P < 0.05).The therapeutic indexes of CK epidermal analysis detector erythema and chromogenic precipitation in the combined group were lower than the simple group (all P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the combined group was 38.10%, and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 26.19% in the simple group (P >0.05).Conclusion Erbium laser and E light combined with adapalin gel is effective and cosmetic result for patients with acne pitting scar.
