摘　　要：目的 研究CO2点阵激光联合PDL激光治疗疤痕疙瘩临床疗效;方法 选选择择2016年~2019年年在在我我所所激激光光美美容容科科接接受治疗的疤痕疙瘩患者90例,分成2组,每组各45例,观察组采用CO2点阵激光联合PDL激光治疗,对照组采用单一PDL激光治疗,四周治疗一次,四次治疗为一个疗程,一个疗程后观察疗效,两个疗程后停止治疗, 3个月后随访,观察远期疗效,疤痕评估参照温哥华疤痕评估量表(vancounver scar scale,VSS)评分,疗效评价以VSS总评分下降均值为标准;结果 观观察察组组一个疗程后VSS总评分下降均值(5.90±2.43),对照组一个疗程后VSS总评分下降均值(4.06±1.53),两组经t检验,P<0.05,差异具有显著性,观察组下降更加明显,两个疗程结束后3个月随访,观察组VSS总评分下降均值(5.37±2.21),对照组VSS总评分下降均值(3.50±1.18),两组经t检验,P<0.05,差异具有显著性。结论 CO2点阵激光联合PDL激光治疗疤痕疙瘩临床疗效肯定,不良反应少,远期效果好。Objective To study the clinical e ffect of the treatment of keloids with fractional CO2 laser and PDL laser. Methods 90 patients with keloids who were treated in the laser beauty Department of our institute from 2016 to 2019 were divided into two groups, 45 in each group. The observation group was treated with fractional CO2 laser and PDL laser, the control group was treated with single PDL laser, once in four weeks, four times It is a course of treatment. After one course of treatment, the curative effect is observed. After two courses of treatment, the treatment is stopped. After three months of follow-up, the long-term curative effect is observed. For scar evaluation, refer to Vancouver Scar Results After one course of treatment, the total score of VSS in the observation group decreased by (5.90 ± 2.43), and after one course of treatment, the total score of VSS in the control group decreased by (4.06 ± 1.53). The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05) by t-test. The observation group decreased more significantly. The two groups were followed up for three months after the end of the two courses. The total score of VSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group The mean value of the decrease was (5.37 ± 2.21), and the mean value of the total score of VSS in the control group was (3.50 ± 1.18). The difference between the two groups was significant by t-test (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with PDL dye laser in the treatment of keloid is positive, with less adverse reactions and good long-term effect.
