皮秒级激光器联合Q开关1064nm激光治疗文身的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的提出皮秒级激光器联合Q开关1064nm激光治疗的模式原理,观察联合治疗的临床疗效;方法根据文身文刺部位的范围,应用Q开关1064nm激光扫描文身文刺部位局部,再应用皮秒级激光器对已治疗区域进行再次扫描;结果皮秒级激光器联合Q开关1064nm激光可更有效清除皮肤文身,本次入组病例共43例,根据计算标准可算出治愈率为88.09%,根据临床观察发现有效率与纹刺时间、纹刺深浅、染料成分有关性,计算改善率为100%;结论应用皮秒级激光器联合Q开关1064nm激光治疗文身疗效确切,效果显著,安全性高,无明显副作用,为更有效治疗文身提供了一个新手段。Objective The principle of picosecond laser combined with Q-switch 1064nm laser treatment is proposed, and the clinical effect of combined treatment is observed. Methods According to the range of tattoo parts, first the Q-switch 1064nm laser was used to scan the tattoo, and then the treated areas were scanned again by picosecond laser. Results Picosecond laser combined with Q-switch 1064nm laser can remove skin tattoo more effectively. There are 43 cases in this group. According to the calculation standard, the cure rate is 88.09%,it is found that the effective rate is related to tattoo prick time, tattoo prick depth and dye composition, and the improvement rate is 100%. Conclusion Picosecond laser combined with Q-switch 1064nm laser for tattoo treatment has definite and remarkable effect, high safety and no obvious complication, which provides an effective method for tattoo treatments.
