注射透明质酸隆鼻术后并发血管栓塞患者的护理

摘　　要：目的总结注射透明质酸隆鼻术后并发血管栓塞的护理措施,为临床该类并发症护理提供借鉴,尽可能降低并发症所导致的后果,规避医疗纠纷,提升美容效果。方法对2014年5月~2019年12月在我院接受透明质酸注射隆鼻术,术后并发血管栓塞的12例患者实施心理护理、健康宣教、促进局部微循环护理、感染护理、氧疗护理等系统化护理干预措施。结果12例注射透明质酸隆鼻术后并发血管栓塞患者经相应治疗和系统化护理,7例创面愈合良好,鼻型保持良好,无组织缺失或鼻畸形发生,3例局部残留轻微色素沉积,1例组织愈合后出现瘢痕挛缩,1例创面愈合,但存在轻微鼻梁轴线偏移,经沟通处理未发生医疗纠纷。结论通过科学治疗和系统化护理,能够有效加速透明质酸注射隆鼻术后并发血管栓塞患者康复,保证隆鼻效果,避免医疗纠纷发生。Objective Summarize the nursing measures of postoperative hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty complicated with vascular embolism,provide reference for the clinical care of such complications,reduce the consequences caused by complications as much as possible,avoid medical disputes,and enhance the cosmetic effect.Methods Psychological nursing,health education,promotion of local microcirculation nursing,infection nursing and oxygen therapy nursing were performed on 12 patients who underwent rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid injection in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2019.And other systematic nursing interventions.Results Twelve patients with hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty complicated with vascular embolism after corresponding treatment and systematic nursing,7 cases of wounds healed well,nose shape remained good,no tissue loss or nasal deformity occurred,3 cases of local residual slight pigmentation One case had scar contracture after tissue healing,and one case had wound healing,but there was a slight axis offset of the bridge of the nose.No medical disputes occurred after communication and treatment.Conclusion Through scientific treatment and systematic nursing,it can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation of patients with vascular embolism after hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty,ensure the effect of rhinoplasty,and avoid medical disputes.
