摘　　要：企业在日常的经营发展中,离不开信息技术的支持,信息化项目管理对于企业来讲是至关重要的,可以在一定程度上降低企业的生产成本,提高企业的整体运行效率。基于此,笔者从企业信息化项目概述的角度出发,探究了企业信息化项目管理存在的问题,并提出了科学、合理的对策,以期促进信息化项目管理为企业自身发展创造更大的价值,推动企业实现可持续发展。In the daily operation and development of enterprises,information technology is indispensable.Information project management is very important for enterprises.It can reduce the production cost of enterprises to a certain extent and improve the overall operation efficiency of enterprises.Based on this,from the perspective of enterprise information project overview,the author explores the problems existing in enterprise information project management,and puts forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures,in order to promote the information project management to create greater value for the enterprise’s own development and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
