摘　　要：体细胞胚发生是植物发育过程中的独特现象,是体细胞向胚胎发生途径转变的重建过程,也是证明细胞全能性理论的经典实例。在林学上,体细胞胚再生途径是实现基因转化的常用再生体系,也是对树木进行繁育和遗传改良的重要试验平台。对影响植物体细胞胚发生的多个影响因素进行了综述,并探讨应用体细胞胚技术时存在的重点和难点。Somatic embryogenesis is a unique phenomenon in plant development.It is the reconstruction process of somatic cell transformation from somatic cell to embryogenesis.In forestry,somatic embryo regeneration is a common regeneration system to realize gene transformation,and also an important test platform for tree breeding and genetic improvement.The elements influencing the induction of somatic embryogenesis were summarized,and discussed the focus of difficult in application of somatic embryogenesis in woody plants.
