枳壳类中药材干燥果实DNA 提取方法的优化实验设计

摘　　要：以学科前沿为引导,设计了“枳壳类中药材干燥果实DNA提取方法的优化”研究型实验。实验内容包括枳壳类干燥果实DNA的提取、DNA浓度及纯度测定、DNA电泳、PCR产物电泳、结果分析讨论。教学实践表明,该实验有助于学生深入理解干燥中药材DNA提取的全过程,有助于激发学生的自主创新热情,提高学生的科研能力和综合素质。Guided by the frontier of the discipline,a research-oriented experiment entitled by“Improvement in the genomic DNA extraction from dried citrus aurantium L.”is designed.The experiment contains extraction of high quality genomic DNA,determination of purity and concentration of DNA,UV spectro-photometry and ISSR-PCR amplification,and result analysis.Teaching practice shows that the experiment is helpful for students to understand the whole process of genomic DNA extraction,stimulate their enthusiasm for independent innovation,and improve their scientific research ability and comprehensive quality.
