摘 要:研究型教学是一种新的教学理念,是高等教育教学改革的重要方向。为探索研究型教学在分析化学实验课程中的应用,设计了铁含量测定的研究型教学实验,设计包括实验条件的选择、方法分析性能的评估和分析样品的制备与测定等3部分内容。实验原理是:在弱酸性条件下,Fe3+离子氧化3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺使溶液呈蓝色,在652 nm处的吸光度随Fe3+离子浓度的增大而增大。实践表明,结合分析化学基本理论的研究型教学实验有助于学生熟悉分析化学的基本理论和掌握基本的实验技能,了解科研工作的基本过程,提升学生的科研能力和综合素质。Research-oriented teaching is a new idea and an important reform in advanced education.In order to explore the application of research-oriented teaching in analytical chemistry experiment course,we designed a research-based student lab for iron content determination,the lab includes the selection of experimental conditions,the evaluation of analytical performance and the preparation and determination of samples.The experimental principle is that under weak acidic conditions,Fe3+ions oxidize 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine to produce a blue color solution,and the absorbance at 652 nm increases with the increase of Fe3+concentration.This lab shows that the research-based teaching combined with the basic theory of analytical chemistry is helpful for students to familiarize themselves with the basic theory of analytical chemistry and master the basic experimental skills,understand the basic process of scientific research,and improve their scientific research ability and comprehensive quality.
