摘　　要：为探究医学院校分析测试中心建设与运行的有效途径,分析了中心运行中存在的主要问题。在总结经验的基础上,针对这些问题,采取测试与教学有效结合、加强测试队伍建设、开展有偿服务、仪器托管服务、与临床结合等有效实践;并通过对检测基地建设、检测资质申报、平台配套人员配备等一系列举措,形成了特色鲜明的分析测试中心,取得了一定的成效。可为其他医学院校分析测试中心建设提供借鉴。To explore the effective way of the construction and operation of the analysis and testing center in medical college,the main problems existing in the operation of the center were analyzed.To solve these problems,we took steps in the construction and operation from five aspects:the combination of teaching and experiment,the construction of analytical testing team,the development of paid services,the development of instrument hosting services and the combination of basic and clinical practice.Through a series of measures,such as construction of testing base,declaration of testing qualification and provision of supporting personnel for the platform,a distinctive analysis and testing center has been formed,certain achievements have been made.We hope this may provide reference for other medical universities to construct analysis and testing center.
