摘　　要：自2019年10月习近平总书记发表关于区块链发展的重要指示后,区块链再一次受到了社会各界的广泛关注。在过去的几年间,各行各业针对"区块链+"应用已开展了不少研究,但是业界对区块链仍有一些争议,包括区块链拟解决的痛点是真痛点还是伪痛点,这些痛点是否能且只能用区块链解决等。为此,该文旨在探讨区块链究竟有哪些不可替代的价值,又有哪些力所不能及之处,为发掘"区块链+"应用指引方向、提供思路。Again,blockchain receives wide attention,since President Xi gave an important talk about blockchain in October 2019.In the past few years,a number of studies have proposed"blockchain+"applications,yet there are still debates and concerns about blockchain,including whether blockchain is targeting real problems or unreal problems,whether these problems can be and can only be solved by blockchain,etc.The aim of this perspective is to discuss the irreplaceable value of blockchain and its limitations,hopefully providing insights into building"blockchain+"applications.
