摘  要:针对传统流域梯级水电开发公司在机电设备管控方面存在的不足,结合国家能源集团大渡河流域水电开发有限公司机电设备数据管控中心建设经验,开展基于全生命周期理念的流域电站机电设备智能管控体系研究。从机电设备选型采购、安装验收、运维监测、检修技改、报废,进行全过程控制。运用互联网技术,引入大数据分析方法,对各管控要素趋势性、系统性问题进行统计分析、预判预警、决策支持和综合管理,建立了由执行层、专业技术层、管理决策层3个层次构成的流域梯级电站设备智能管控组织体系,根据"数据集成-高效管控-智能预警-自主决策"的基本思路,搭建了机电设备智能管控系统技术支持平台,通过大数据感知,获得机电设备运行状况的数据,对设备全生命周期适时进行分析,开展设备"健康体检"活动,通过大数据挖掘分析制定相应策略,用以指导流域机电设备管控。大渡河流域机电设备管控数据中心倡导"设备全生命过程管控"的理念,构建了一整套科学完备的管控体系,全面提升了流域电站机电设备管理水平。This paper addressed the shortcomings of traditional river basin cascade hydropower development companies in the control of mechanical and electrical equipment,combining the experience of the construction of the mechanical and electrical equipment data control center of the CHN Energy Dadu River Hydropower Development CO.,LTD.,Researched on intelligent control system of electromechanical equipment for watershed power station based on full life cycle concept.From the selection and purchase of electromechanical equipment,installation and acceptance,operation and maintenance monitoring,maintenance and technical repair,scrapping,the whole process control,using internet technology,the introduction of big data analysis methods,statistical analysis,pre-warning,early warning,trending and systematic problems of various control elements Decision support and integrated management,Established an intelligent management and control organization system for cascade hydropower stations in the three levels:executive level,professional and technical level and management decision-making level.According to the basic idea of"data integration-efficient management and control-intelligent early warning-independent decision-making",the technical support platform for intelligent control system of electromechanical equipment was built.Through big data perception,obtain the data of the operation status of electromechanical equipment,analyze the equipment life cycle in a timely manner,carry out the"health check"activity of the equipment,and formulate corresponding strategies through big data mining analysis to guide the control of the electromechanical equipment in the basin.The Dadu River Basin Electromechanical Equipment Control Data Center advocated the concept of"equipment life-cycle process control"and has built a complete set of scientific and complete management and control systems to comprehensively improved the management level of electromechanical equipment in river basin power stations.
