摘 要:针对双辅助谐振极逆变器所存在的双辅助缓冲回路过于复杂和谐振过程之间相互耦合的缺点,该文提出一种新型双辅助谐振极逆变拓扑及调制策略。在保留双辅助谐振极逆变器辅助开关管实现可靠软关断等诸多优点的基础上,完成双辅助缓冲回路的简化和谐振过程的解耦,降低逆变器的成本和耦合谐振带来的系统震荡,提高逆变器的性能和实用性。开关管关断时的电压变化率和双辅助缓冲回路的电流应力可分别独立设定。双辅助缓冲回路流过的最大电流近似等于峰值负载电流,有效降低了双辅助缓冲回路的电流应力和导通损耗,从而使逆变器在全负载范围内维持高效电能变换。在所提调制策略下,根据不同工作模式下的等效电路图,分析新型双辅助谐振极逆变器的工作原理、软开关实现条件及参数设计方法。最后,使用IGBT作为开关器件制作一台10k W/16k Hz样机,通过实验验证该逆变器的有效性。In order to overcome the complexity of double auxiliary commutation circuit(DACC)and the coupling of resonance process of the double auxiliary resonant commutated pole(DARCP)inverter,a novel DARCP inverter topology and its modulation strategy were proposed.The novel topology not only retains the advantages of reliable zero voltage switching(ZVS)turn-off of auxiliary switches and so on,but also realizes the simplification of DACC and the decoupling of resonance process.The cost of inverter and the system oscillation caused by coupling resonance were reduced,and the performance and practicability of inverter were improved.The voltage change rate when switch is turned off and the current stress of DACC can be set independently.The maximum current through DACC was approximately equal to peak load current,which effectively reduces the current stress and conduction loss of DACC,so that the proposed inverter can maintain high conversion efficiency in the full load range.According to the equivalent circuits of different operation modes under the proposed modulation strategy,the operation principle,soft switching implementation condition,and parameter design method were analyzed.Finally,a 10 kW-16 kHz soft switching inverter prototype with insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)-based switches was built.Experimental results were given to demonstrate the validity and features of proposed inverter.
