摘 要:高压气瓶是高压气体的主要盛装容器,广泛应用于石油化工、冶金、机械、交通、采矿、医药等行业部门及日常生活中。拉拔工艺是制造高压气瓶的重要方法。辊模的拉拔力是高压气瓶拉拔工艺中重要的参数之一。针对气瓶拉拔工艺,通过塑性力学对气瓶辊模拉拔过程进行分析,建立气瓶辊模拉拔过程中的几何模型和力学模型,并且给出辊模拉拔力的理论计算公式。在34CrMo4气瓶用钢热态拉伸试验的基础上,建立气瓶5辊拉拔的有限元分析模型并与所建立的理论模型的计算结果进行对比分析,分析结果表明,理论计算结果和数值模拟结果二者吻合较好,因此,建立的理论分析模型为气瓶的辊模拉拔实际生产中拉拔力的计算提供重要的理论依据。该理论计算模型和数值模型对气瓶的辊模拉拔工艺具有重要的参考意义。As the main container of high pressure gas,high pressure cylinder is widely used in petrochemical,metallurgy,machinery,transportation,mining,medicine and other industries and daily life.Drawing process is an important method for making High pressure Gas cylinders.The roller die drawing force of high pressure cylinder is one of the important parameters in pipe drawing process.In this paper,the drawing process of gas cylinder roller die is analyzed by plastic mechanics,the geometric model and mechanic model of the gas cylinder during the roller die drawing process are established,and the calculation formulas of the roller die drawing force is deduced.Based on The Mechanical properties of gas cylinder material obtained by thermal tension test of Steel for cylinders 34CrMo4,the numerical analysis model 5-roller die drawing of gas cylinder is established which is compared with the result of theoretical model.The results of the simulation are in good agreement with the calculated results of theoretical model.Therefore,the theoretical calculation model and the numerical model can provide important references for the roller die drawing process of gas cylinders.
