摘  要:合理利用无法耕种而荒弃盐碱地对于解决我国耕地紧缺具有重要意义,食叶草是一种耐盐碱草本作物,研究食叶草生长发育可为盐碱地的开发利用提供新的改良措施。通过田间试验,设置垄上和平作两种栽培模式,利用微管法动态监测食叶草根系生长动态变化,研究垄上种植模式对盐碱地食叶草生物量、根长、根体积、平均根直径、根尖数和叶形态变化的影响。结果表明:①垄作和平作根系生长均呈现近似对数特征。②一年生食叶草垄上种植模式根长为2 217.9 cm,较平作增加10.47%;平均根直径为2.41 mm,较平作增加5.63%;根体积为101.18cm3,较平作增加34.69%;食叶草产量为0.803 kg·m^-2,较平作增加20%。③与平作种植模式相比,垄上栽培能够促进食叶草地下根系发育和叶片生长,提高食叶草产量。Overcoming the shortage of arable land in China to enable rational use of saline-alkali lands,which cannot be cultivated,is of great significance.Rumex hanus by.is a new salt-and alkali-tolerant crop,and studies of its growth and development can offer novel improvement measures for the development and utilization of saline-alkali lands.Through field experiments,two cultivation patterns were set up: ridge and flat cultivation.Dynamic changes in the growth of Rumex hanus by.roots were monitored using the microtubule method.Method: The effects of ridge cultivation on biomass,root length,root volume,average root diameter,root tip number,leaf morphology and foliage yield were studied through field experiments.Results: (1) Root growth in ridge and flat cultivation showed similar logarithmic characteristics.(2) Root length (2 217.9 cm),average root diameter (2.41 mm),root volume (101.18 cm3),and foliage grass yield (0.803 kg·m^-2) in ridge cultivation were increased by 10.47%,5.63%,34.69%,and 20%,respectively,compared with those in flat cultivation.(3) Compared with conventional flat cultivation,ridge cultivation promoted root growth and development and increased foliage grass yield.
