摘　　要：脊柱两端的枕寰枢关节与骶髂关节及脊柱各节段的交接部位颈7胸1交接区、胸12腰1交接区、腰5骶1交接区,甚至椎体与椎体之间的连接结构均是脊柱的关键部位,是脊柱的枢纽部分,对整个脊柱的结构与功能起着制约和调控的作用,对治疗脊柱及其相关性疾病有着重要的临床指导意义。Occipitoaxial joint and sacroiliac joint at both ends of spine,as well as the junction of each segment of the spine,the junction of neck 7 and thorax 1,thorax 12 and lumbosacral 1,lumbosacral 5 and sacral 1.Even the connection between the vertebral body and the vertebral body is the key part of the spine.It is the pivotal part of the spine.It can restrict and regulate the structure and function of the whole spine.It has important clinical guiding significance for the treatment of spine and related diseases.
