摘　　要：目的:观察关节松动术联合手法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例,对照组采用超短波联合超声波治疗,治疗组则在此基础上配合关节松动术联合手法治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组WOMAC、NPRS评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动术联合手法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of joint mobilization combined with manipulation on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:72 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36),the control group treated with ultrashort wave combined with ultrasound,while treatment group treated with joint mobilization combined with manual therapy on the basis of the treatment of control group,observed the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The improvement of WOM AC and NPRS scores in treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint mobilization combined with manipulation for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective.
