摘  要:以实际电镀废水为研究对象,探究了混凝处理工艺中混凝剂种类和污泥回流比对综合电镀废水处理效果的影响。在综合比较3种混凝剂的经济成本与处理效果后发现,单独投加100 mg/L的聚合氯化铝不仅经济成本最低,而且处理效果较好,对COD、TN、浊度、Cu、Ni、Cr和Zn的去除率可达28.79%、39.65%、89.97%、65.85%、94.97%、84.39%和98.01%;污泥回流对混凝工艺处理效果也有明显影响,当污泥回流比为60%时,污染物的去除效果最佳。Taking actual electroplating wastewater as the research object,the influence of coagulant type and sludge reflux ratio on the treatment effect in coagulation treatment process was investigated.After a comprehensive comparison of the economic cost and treatment effect of three coagulants,it was found that the economic cost of polyaluminum chloride with 100 mg/L was the lowest,and the treatment effect was better.The removal rates of COD,TN,turbidity,Cu,Ni,Cr and Zn were 28.79%,39.65%,89.97%,65.85%,94.97%,84.39%and 98.01%;Sludge reflux also had obvious effect on coagulation process,the removal effect of pollutants was the best when the ratio of sludge reflux was 60%.
