摘  要:采用磷酸、尿醛树脂、苯丙乳液三种不同改性剂对氯氧镁水泥进行改性,实验采用单掺改性剂的方法,研究并对比了无机改性剂和有机改性剂对氯氧镁水泥的强度以及软化系数的影响,并通过XRD分析了改善机理。结果表明,当磷酸掺量为0.6%时,软化系数可达到1.38;尿醛树脂掺量为25%,软化系数可达到1.11;而掺入苯丙乳液,可以小幅度地提高氯氧镁水泥的软化系数;从整体效果来看,无机改性剂对氯氧镁水泥耐水性能的改性效果优于有机改性剂的。Three different modifiers including phosphoric acid,ureal resin and styrene-acrylic emulsion were used to modify magnesium oxychloride cement.In the experiment,the influence of inorganic modifier and organic modifier on the strength and softening coefficient of magnesium oxychloride cement was studied and compared,and the improvement mechanism was analyzed by XRD.The results showed that the softening coefficient reached 1.38 when the phosphate content was 0.6%;The softening coefficient was up to 1.11 when the content of ureal resin was 25%;The softening coefficient of magnesium oxychloride cement was slightly improved by adding stylene-acrylic emulsion.In terms of the overall effect,the effect of inorganic modifier on the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement was better than that of organic modifier.
