摘  要:Reppe法1,4-丁二醇(BDO)合成方法是目前主流的BDO合成方法,ISP工艺是各种工艺路线中较为重要的BDO合成工艺之一,其中BDO合成工段采用进口低压加氢催化剂为主,国产催化剂在使用过程普遍存在反应产物中乙缩醛和重组分较高、活性较弱、镍流失严重等问题。本文介绍了BDO低压加氢催化剂国产化开发的过程,主要从助催化剂的加入方面入手,考察了Mo、Mn的加入对催化剂活性和选择性的影响,通过与进口催化剂在实际工业化应用中的对比,采用该催化剂生产的产品中羰基值、乙缩醛和重组分含量均低于进口催化剂,催化剂的整体应用效果较进口低压加氢催化剂有了一定的提高,改性后的催化剂完全能够满足国内ISP工艺对低压加氢催化剂性能的要求。Reppe method 1,4-butanediol(BDO)process is the main method of BDO production.ISP technology is an important process in all kinds of BDO synthesis process.The BDO synthesis section usually adopts imported low pressure hydrogenation catalyst;there are different problems during using domestic catalyst in the reaction,such as lower catalyst activity,more by-products.In this paper,the process of localized development of BDO low pressure hydrogenation catalyst was introduced.The effect of adding Mo and Mn as promoter on the activity and selectivity was investigated.The results showed that,the catalyst after adding Mo had higher activity and selectivity than imported catalyst in practical industrial application.Therefore Mo-modificated catalyst can fully meet the demand of low pressure hydrogenation catalyst in the domestic ISP BDO process.
