摘 要:欠平衡钻井技术作为成熟的钻井技术广泛地应用于钻井过程中,与其相关的配套装置及工艺也随着欠平衡钻井技术不断进步,井下压力控制阀作为欠平衡钻井井筒压力辅助控制装置,被越来越广泛的研究和使用,但是目前仅凭经验和计算推测井下压力控制阀的开关状态以及封闭的井筒压力,与实际情况产生较大误差,已经不能够完全满足欠平衡钻井对钻井安全的需要。本文中涉及的霍尔电磁感应式井下压力控制阀很好地解决了上述问题,并对井下压力控制阀的连接螺纹、连接筒等易受力变形的薄弱易损部位进行了力学计算和受力分析,简要介绍了现场试验使用情况,最后就井下压力控制阀的研究和现场使用情况做出总结。As a mature drilling technology,underbalanced drilling technology is widely used in the drilling process,and its related supporting devices and processes are also progressing with underbalanced drilling technology.As an auxiliary control device for underbalanced drilling wellbore pressure control,downhole pressure control valve has been widely studied and used.At present,the switch status of downhole pressure control valve as well as closed wellbore pressure is only speculated based on experiences and calculations.But there always is a large error between speculated results and the actual situation,which cannot fully meet the drilling safety needs of underbalanced drilling.In this paper,the hall electromagnetic induction downhole pressure control valve was used to solve the above problems,and the mechanical calculation and stress analysis were carried out for the weak and vulnerable parts of the downhole pressure control valve,such as the connecting thread and connecting cylinder.And the field test was briefly introduced.Finally,the research and field application of the downhole pressure control valve were summarized.
