摘  要:基于CFD数值模拟的方法,对比研究了三种不同密封气的流场特征和对主要密封指标参数的影响。结果表明,密封端面间气膜在径向存在较大的压力梯度,压力从内径向外径的变化逐渐上升,大约在槽根部达到最大值,之后从槽根处逐渐减小到外径。从气膜刚度、泄漏量及刚漏比三个方面讨论了不同密封气体对单端面密封结构密封性能指标参数的影响,不同介质气体对动环密封端面气膜刚度和泄漏量影响明显。Based on the method of CFD numerical simulation,the flow field characteristics of three different seal gases and their influences on the main seal parameters were compared.The results showed that there was a large pressure gradient in the radial direction of the gas film between the seal faces,and the pressure gradually increased from the inner diameter to the outer diameter,reaching the maximum value at the root of the groove,and then gradually decreased from the root of the groove to the outer diameter.The influence of different seal gases on the performance parameters of single face seal structure was analyzed from three aspects of gas film rigidity,leakage amount and rigid leakage ratio.Different medium gases had obvious influence on the gas film rigidity and leakage amount of moving ring seal face.
