摘　　要：加强学生思想政治教育,提高学生思想政治素养,是高校党员教师的工作职责。高校要充分发挥党员教师在学生思想政治教育工作中的重要作用,不断加强师德师风建设,加强学生党员入党之后的再教育,创新学生思想政治教育工作模式,形成高校党建、思想政治教育工作齐抓共管的局面,提高学生思想政治素质。It is the duty of the party member teachers to strengthen the ideological and political education of the students and improve the ideological and political literacy of the students.colleges and universities should give full play to the important role of party members and teachers in the ideological and political education of students,constantly strengthen the construction of teachers’ethics,strengthen the re education of students’party members after joining the party,innovate the working mode of students’Ideological and political education,form a situation of joint management of party construction and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and improve the ideological and political quality of students.
