摘　　要：简述船用主机在投油和试车过程中的现状及遇到的滤器频繁报警等问题,叙述了新型磁性滤器在主机厂辅机房试验台的重要性;本文详细介绍了新型磁性滤器的工作原理、结构设计,并与传统磁性滤器进行了对比;叙述了滤器样机在辅机房试验台上运行情况和所产生的效果,对磁性滤器在辅机房试验台的应用方面研究应用具有积极的意义。This paper briefly describes the current status of the marine main engine during the oil flush-test run and the problems of filter alarms frequently,describes the importance of the new magnetic filter in the test-bed of auxiliary engine room.It also introduces the working principle,structure and design method of the new magnetic filter and compared with the traditional magnetic filter,describes the operation condition and effect of the filter prototype in the test-bed of auxiliary engine room and has a positive meaning of the magnetic filter applied research in the test-bed of auxiliary engine room.
