摘 要:本实验采取实地观测法,连续两年观测了宜春和永顺的落叶木莲(Manglietia decidua)形态特征,并首次在同等条件下繁育出了一年生苗,目的是探析两个种源的叶、花、果和幼苗等形态特征的差异。结果表明:(1)前者叶形趋于狭椭圆形,后者叶形趋于椭圆形;(2)前者与后者花被长分别为6.38 cm和3.46 cm,差异极显著(P<0.01)。除花被数量外,前者苞片长、雄蕊长和雌蕊群长均明显高于后者(P<0.01);(3)前者与后者聚合果鲜重分别为54.87 g和22.71 g,种子千粒重分别为79.19 g和61.80 g,差异均极显著(P<0.01)。(4)前者一年生苗的地径和苗高生长量均明显高于后者(P<0.01)。因此,宜春和永顺的落叶木莲在叶形、花形态、果形态以及一年生苗生长量等方面均有明显差异。In this experiment,the field observation method was used to observe the morphological characteristics of Manglietia decidua in Yichun and Yongshun for two years.Breeding a year's seedlings under the same conditions for the first time.The aim was to analysis differences in the morphological characteristics of the leaves,flowers,fruits and seedlings of the two provenances.The result show that:(1)The former have narrow elliptical shape,and the latter have elliptical shape;(2)Perianth length of the former and the latter are respectively 6.38 cm and 3.46 cm,and their difference are extremely significant(P<0.01).Except for number of perianth,bracts length,stamen length and pistils length of the former are significantly higher than the latter(P<0.01).(3)Aggregate fruit's fresh weight of the former and the latter are respectively 54.87 g and 22.71 g.and seed 1000-grain weight are respectively 79.19 g and 61.80 g.Their difference are extremely significant(P<0.01);(4)Ground diameter and seedling height of the former seedlings are significantly higher than the latter(P<0.01)under the same seedling condition.Therefore,M.decidua of Yichun and Yongshun are significant differences in leaf shape,flower morphology,fruit morphology and annual seedling growth.
