摘  要:发展和构建低碳森林城市不仅是我国保护城市生态环境、提高城市形象和影响力的强有力的措施,也是降低城市热岛效应、提升空气质量、涵养水源、缓解城市发展与自然环境之间的矛盾等问题的重要手段。文章基于城市生态规划、景观生态学、可持续发展、城市森林学等理论,以“低碳泉城、森林城市”作为森林城市建设指导理念,总结了济南市低碳森林城市规划的原则;构建了“一核两环、三廊四轴、多点棋布”的济南市低碳森林城市规划方案;提出了济南市低碳森林城市规划的建设对策,以期为济南低碳森林城市规划的建设提供参考依据。Developing and constructing low-carbon forest cities is not only a powerful measure to protect urban ecological environment and improve city image and influence,but also an important means to reduce urban heat island effect,improve air quality,conserve water resources,and alleviate the contradiction between urban development and natural environment.Based on the theory of urban ecological planning,landscape ecology,sustainable development and urban forestry,the article takes"low carbon spring city,forest city"as the guiding principle of forest city construction,summarizes the principles of low carbon forest urban planning in Jinan,builds Jinan low-carbon forest urban planning plan of"Nuclear and two-ring,three corridors and four axes,multi-point chess"and proposes the construction strategy of low-carbon forest urban planning in Jinan in order to provide reference for the construction of low-carbon forest city planning in Jinan.
