摘 要:车内空气质量不仅影响消费者对新车的直观评定,更会影响驾乘人员的身体健康。在整车开发过程中对车内空气质量进行管控,是实现从源头控制车内污染的重要手段。文章从车内空气污染物来源和危害、车内空气质量标准政策现状以及管控流程和管控技术等方面对整车开发过程中车内空气质量的管控进行详细阐述。总结出车内VOC的管控方法和措施,对整车开发过程中的车内空气质量管控具有指导意义。The air quality in the car not only affects consumers’visual evaluation of new cars,but also affects the health of drivers and passengers.Controlling the in-car air quality is an important means to control the pollution in the vehicle from the source.The article elaborates on the control of air quality in the whole vehicle development from the following aspects:the sources and hazards of air pollutants in the vehicle,the current status of in-car air quality standards and policies,as well as the control process and control technology.The control methods and measures of VOC in vehicle are summarized,which is of guiding significance to the in-car air quality control during vehicle development.
